About Gina Chatham

Gina Chatham obtained her Virginia real estate license in 1999 and established a thriving

real estate business in Loudoun County.  In 2003, Gina and her family relocated to

Berryville in Clarke County after being residents of Loudoun County for 10 years.

In 2004, Gina Chatham obtained her broker’s license in both Virginia and West Virginia

and completed a management development program.  In early 2005, Gina was promoted

to Recruiting and Training Specialist becoming responsible for all aspects of training and

recruiting for her company’s Purcellville and Winchester offices.

In October 2005, Gina Chatham was promoted to Managing Broker and supervised a

highly productive sales team in Leesburg until August 2009, when she decided to return to

real estate sales full-time and joined ERA OakCrest Realty in Winchester, VA.
